I love painting landscapes of spring and summer gardens while the reality of winter surrounds me in my studio in Worcester, MA. I think it gives me hope of things yet to come. Lately, I've become newly fascinated with snow! I have recently added a few more landscapes trying to capture scenes from my own yard. There are paintings in this collection with scenes from Florida, Maine, Tower Hill and Garden-in-the-Woods in Massachusetts and Lake Champlain in Vermont. And finally, I've added my late uncle Vernon's ship the USS Boise from World War II.  It was such an honor to be able to paint his ship and know that he got to enjoy it in his home before he passed away. - Kathy Hebert
